Your Kryptonite

Many times what is holding us back from our goals is not necessarily adding new habits but more importantly deleting bad habits. The easiest way to get rid of your kryptonite is to take away the cue or reminder. So if you want to practice basketball more but can’t seem to stay away from video games or social media…. Instead of just telling your self to be more motivated to hoop; it would be easier to make the kryptonite really hard to do. So maybe when you get home from school you put your phone or video game controller in a box, in a closet, and in the basement. That way when your tempted to to play video games or go online instead of practicing basketball it is more annoying to actually do your kryptonite and much easier to just go outside and play basketball.

What is one habit you can delete to move you closer to you where you want to be? Make the bad habit really, REALLY hard to see our do. Leeeet’s go!
