There are 2 constants
;There are two constants that will always pull you away from your dreams FEAR and LAZINESS. No matter what you do… your brain will try to convince you that you shouldn’t go after that goal because of… ( your not good enough, what will people say, what if you fail, etc) and your mind will always default to doing the easy thing, skip that extra workout ( your kind of sore anyway, it would be good to sleep in, your friends watch more tv than you anyway, etc)
The good news is when you feel these two thoughts know that it is normal and it’s not just you. You can push past this feeling and get into action. Scared to go after something then just take the first small step… don’t feel like working out today… just get to the gym and see what happens. A funny thing happens if you get into action… the fear and laziness can go away for the moment and this is the ultimate feeling…
