Focus on the fundamentals
Sleeping, Moving, Eating, Focusing, Breathing…
You can’t control how much your coach will play you, what the referee will call, or how good your oponents are. Instead focus on what you can control to be the best version of yourself. Are you sleeping 8-9 hours a night? Are you moving and training every day? Are you eating food that gives you calm energy? Are you focused on what you need to work on to grow? Are you breathing during the day and especially in those stressful situations? If you can take care of your fundies… the rest will take care of itself.
