Is your game feeling off, body sore, or just not feeling right?
When you don’t feel quite right… the best medicine/cure we know is SLEEP. This may seem obvious but most of us are not getting anywhere close to the proper amount of sleep… We are aiming for 7-8 hours of sleep which means we need to be in bed 8-9 hours at least. Most elite athletes are closer to 10 or even 12 hours of sleep. Lebron is famous for getting 10 hours of sleep and a pregame nap. It’s important to focus on the quality of sleep too, turn off the electronics and start dimming the lights an hour before bed.
So before you chase the next supplement, workout plan, training strategy… focus on your sleep and lets go from there. ZZZZ for the win!
